Covid-19: Most vital insights from the top 10 most impacted countries in the world.

This article is an attempt to summarize some important descriptive data insights for the top 10 most impacted countries by the number of confirmed cases to date.

The analysis is based on numbers gathered on March 29th 2020 and are susceptible to change as spread and government measures around COVID-19 pandemic change rapidly.

The criteria in choosing the 10 countries for analysis is based on the number of confirmed cases. However, other metrics such as Mortality Rate, Recovery Rate and Testing Rate are as important as the number of confirmed cases, they have not been included as the primary basis to select countries. It is understandable that other countries might be impacted as much as the ones that are selected here and this article does not imply otherwise.

A list of metrics definitions and references have been provided at the end of the article.
